As admin you should make sure that the class list of your school is always correct so that the teachers of your school can always use their virtual classes immediately. |

The information about your classes ...: |
 |
Classes of teachers who are new to your school or who have switched to another school or school may still be missing. |
 |
Classes from teachers who are no longer in your school are not automatically removed. |
 |
It may be that teachers' names are incorrect (e.g. if teachers are known by their nicknames). |
Add teacher / class to your school
 |
Go to your virtual class, then go to the "School" web app, and click on "Administration". |
 |
Go to "Classes" and you will see the list of all classes associated with your school. |
 |
Scroll down and enter the name of the teacher in the green "Add" box below. |
 |
In the list of classes of the teacher you now select the appropriate class. |
 |
The new class is now in the list of your school, but still with the status "pending". |
 |
When the new teacher opens their own virtual class, they are asked to confirm the link. |
 |
Once the teacher confirms this, their class is connected to your school. |
Remove teacher / class from your school
 |
Go to your virtual class, then go to the "School" web app, and click on "Administration". |
 |
Go to "Classes" and you will see the list of all classes associated with your school. |
 |
Find the class you want to remove from your school, click "remove" and confirm. |
 |
The class is not deleted, only the connection to your school is broken. |
 |
You can also add a removed class again by following the steps above. |
